I liked the mint out of them all of the herbs that I tried, it was really minty and it had a nice after taste. I also liked the mustard seeds, because they weren't strong and they also had a nice after taste. I also like the thyme because it smelt nice and it tasted really yummy and I enjoyed tasting the garlic. I didn't like the parsley because it didn't have a nice smell and the flavor was salty. I will use mustard seeds, mint, garlic and thyme in my pie.
